ND Hula Damsel Fly Tying Video Instructions

ND Hula Damsel Fly Tying Video InstructionsThe ND Hula Damsel is a Hula Damsel tied with Neutral Density in mind.  This allows for the ND (Neutral Density) Hula Damsel to ride near the surface of the water and stay high in the water column.  The Hula Damsel has a “wiggle” tail that gives the fly realistic action and profile.  Everything about this fly is “buggy”.  The CDC pulses and breathes as the fly is stripped and it wiggles!  The Hula Damsel is one of my favorite patterns for Spinney Reservoir, where damsel nymphs are a huge part in the trout’s diet.  Give one a try, they are a lot of fun to tie!
