Three Dollar Dip Fly Tying Video Instructions
The Three Dollar Dip is a variation of the serendipity fly. The Three Dollar Dip is heavily used on the Upper Madison River near Slide Inn, Reynolds and Three Dollar Bridge. The Three Dollar Dip is traditionally tied in the red variations (and that is widely accepted as the most effective color), but many of the local river guides tie this fly in many colors. So be creative and think outside of the box. A great simple fly and a must have during spring/summer months on the Madison.
