Tarcher Style Pheasant Tail

The Tarcher Style Pheasant Tail is tied on a Gamakatsu C12u Hook. This gives the fly "implied" movement. Meaning the fly appears to be wiggling and moving, even on a stationary hook. The Tarcher Pheasant Tail can be tied in many different ways. It can be tied upside down, to the side and everything in between. I like to tie mine on the side (as seen in the video). The Tarcher Style is just a different take on the traditional pattern, and very effective on trout as well!!
