Tron Micro Stone

The Tron Micro Stone is the perfect small and technical micro stonefly pattern. Not all stoneflies are created equal and not all of them are big and chunky!! In the west, many of them are tiny! A common example of a small micro stonefly is the Yellow Sally. These are very common here in Colorado and very small as well. Yellow Sallies can often be as small as a #16-18! The Tron Micro Stone was developed to imitate these small and slim micro stoneflies. A great pattern to have in your late summer fly box!

Tail: Golden Yellow Zlon or Sparkle Yarn
Body: Golden Yellow Zlon or Sparkle Yarn
Casing: Golden Yellow Zlon or Sparkle Yarn
Thorax: Golden Yellow Zlon or Sparkle Yarn colored Brown
Legs: Golden Yellow Zlon or Sparkle Yarn
